Return and Refund Policy

Wheelopedia offers medical industry products but not limited to following categories

Since all the products that we offer have a very crucial factor of Hygiene and Customer safety. 

Defective Products: We now accept returns and exchanges exclusively for products that are received in a defective or damaged condition.

Return Window: Any defect must be reported within 3 to 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Shipping Cost: We offer Free Return Shipping for all verified defective or damaged products. No restocking fees will be charged.

Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges for the same model if the original product received is non-functional or damaged.

We’ve to be strict about our return policy to keep out Customer’ safety into consideration.

Replacement

However, a customer can raise a Replacement request if He/She has received a damaged product or the product malfunctions under warranty period and defined usage instructions.

Cancellation

Order Cancellation is only allowed if the order package is yet to be shipped and the Refund of the invoice order value for the same gets initiated in 0-1 working days and may take up to 5-10 working days to settle back depending on your mode of payment.

Refund

A refund is only generated in case of cancellation, conditions are mentioned above.
